onsemi is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about finding great technology talent.

The role will have a primary focus on recruitment for our Czech Republic locations in Brno and Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, while also providing proactive sourcing support for selected roles across other European countries.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys active sourcing and direct search: identifying hard-to-find technical talent, engaging passive candidates, building long-term professional networks, and developing creative search strategies for increasingly competitive candidate markets.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles in the Czech Republic, work closely with hiring managers to translate business and technical requirements into targeted search strategies. In addition, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring teams across Europe, bringing your sourcing expertise to challenging searches where proactive identification and engagement of talent is critical.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from approved requisition through successful hire and onboarding.
• Lead proactive sourcing and direct search activities, particularly for technology, engineering and other hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop targeted search strategies to identify and engage talent beyond the active candidate market.
• Partner closely with Czech hiring managers to understand technical requirements, target profiles and relevant talent markets.
• Provide sourcing support for selected positions across other European countries, partnering with regional Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring teams on challenging searches.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve hiring-manager satisfaction and candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer-branding, networking and recruitment initiatives in the Czech Republic and, where relevant, across the wider European region.

For this particular role, hands-on direct search experience is essential. We are especially interested in recruiters who can demonstrate a strong personal track record of proactively identifying, approaching and engaging technology talent rather than relying primarily on inbound applications or external agencies.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with significant hands-on experience in active sourcing and direct search.
• Proven experience in sourcing technology, engineering, semiconductor, R&D, IT, or similarly specialized technical profiles in competitive candidate markets.
• A genuine passion for sourcing, networking and engaging passive talent.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using ATS and other sourcing/search tools.
• A strong affinity for technology and AI, with curiosity about how emerging tools can enhance sourcing, recruitment and the candidate experience.
• Confidence in developing search strategies, talent maps, target-company lists and alternative sourcing channels for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience working in a multinational corporate business environment.
• Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Master's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of a bachelor's degree or secondary education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• Comfortable sourcing across geographical borders, adapting search and candidate-engagement strategies to different European talent markets.

The role may be based in either Brno or Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, with occasional travel to the other site expected.
