Are you a digital marketer who enjoys combining websites, campaigns and data to achieve measurable results?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and develop our key digital channels and support the online journey of prospective families.

What you will do:

• Manage and continuously improve the school website and landing pages
• Plan and evaluate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels
• Support admissions-related lead generation and key campaigns, including Open Days
• Manage the school’s LinkedIn presence
• Monitor SEO, website performance and the consistency of online content
• Monitor campaign performance using available tracking and analytics tools
• Analyse website and campaign data and prepare clear reports
• Use insights to recommend improvements to campaigns and the digital user journey
• Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Has experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns and website management
• Understands how websites, landing pages and digital campaigns support lead generation
• Has some experience with, or a strong interest in learning, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics
• Understands SEO, campaign performance and reporting
• Can turn data into practical recommendations
• Has experience with content management systems; Sitecore knowledge is an advantage
• Is proactive, organised and has a good eye for detail
• Has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
