Technical Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics

Job description:

Will support the implementation and management of the current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation by organizing meetings, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating communication between the Implementation Partner, IT and business teams.

Responsibilities:

Project Organization:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, help manage project timelines, and maintain project documentation.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication between the Implementation Partner, IT, business units, and stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare project status reports and manage risk and issue logs (RAID logs).

Administrative Support:

Handle administrative duties like maintaining project files, updating stakeholder data, and providing support for decision-making processes.

Change Management:

Support user training and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, information systems, or project management

- Several years of experience in project management - ERP implementations such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or NetSuite

- Familiarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and methodologies (PRINCE 2, PMI)

- The ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels

- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak language
