We are recruiting an experienced Senior Communications Manager for a leading global pharmaceutical company in Prague.

This highly visible role combines internal, external and executive communications. You will work closely with senior country leadership, strengthen corporate reputation and ensure communications activities remain focused, consistent and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leadership visibility and executive communications
• Translate business priorities into clear internal communication
• Coordinate and prioritise requests across senior stakeholders
• Develop a consistent country narrative across owned and earned channels
• Lead corporate social media strategy and community engagement
• Support media relations, thought leadership and agency coordination
• Build relationships with relevant stakeholders and influencers
• Anticipate reputational risks and support sensitive communications
• Partner closely with Public Affairs and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with corporate communication standards

Your profile

• Strong experience across internal, external and executive communications
• Background in corporate communications, media relations and reputation management
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders
• Confidence managing competing priorities in a complex environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguity
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
