Be the key HR partner for our Czech operations

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with both employees and managers? Do you like combining hands-on HR support with process improvement, workforce insights and business partnership?

We're looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting our Czech manufacturing site. This position offers a broad scope of responsibility across the employee lifecycle, people operations, employee relations and workforce planning, while also providing exposure to international HR initiatives and collaboration with colleagues across Europe.

What will you be responsible for?

• Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day people matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations and people processes.
• Support managers in attendance management, workforce planning and employee-related topics.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Ensure accurate HR administration, employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and work closely with payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, staffing levels and overtime.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Czech labour legislation and internal policies.
• Support audits, inspections and mandatory employment-related requirements.
• Participate in regional HR projects and People initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the European People Team.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Administration or similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of Czech labour law and employment administration.
• Confidence working directly with managers and employees.
• Ability to balance operational HR activities with problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with HR data and reports.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Alveno or similar) would be an advantage.
• Fluent Czech and good communication skills in English.
