Logistics Operations Specialist – International Supply Chain

Do you like logistics because there is always something happening, something to solve and someone to coordinate? We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to join an international healthcare company and help keep operations between the regional distribution centre, internal teams and an external repacking partner running as they should.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating daily logistics and repacking activities with an external partner
• Keeping track of materials, inventory, schedules and deliveries
• Making sure the right products are available at the right time
• Solving operational issues and connecting the right people when something does not go according to plan
• Working closely with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics
• Monitoring logistics data and KPIs in ERP system
• Helping simplify processes and improve the way things work
• Supporting new product launches and other supply chain projects

What are we looking for?

• Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, distribution or material planning
• Practical experience with SAP or another large ERP system
• Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment
• A university degree, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
• The ability to solve problems independently and communicate across different teams
• Good Excel skills
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry
• Polish-speaking candidates are welcome; conversational Czech is sufficient

Experience directly from pharma or medical devices is an advantage, but not essential.
