About the Role

Join Pulsar Expo and TORSUS as a Regulatory Licensing & Compliance Specialist, where you will play a key role in enabling international projects through expert regulatory guidance, licensing, and compliance management.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Supply Services or Project Management (within the automotive or heavy machinery industry is beneficial)
• Excellent command of written and spoken Czech and English (C2/native level) is essential.
• University degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of licensing, regulatory compliance, and permit management related to military and dual-use goods
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to monitor regulatory changes and maintain accurate compliance records

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations related to military and dual-use goods.
• Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with licensing, export control, sanctions, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare, submit, and coordinate license applications, renewals, regulatory documentation, and official authority communications.
• Review projects, transactions, customers, suppliers, and technical documentation for regulatory and compliance risks.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready compliance records, documentation, and supporting evidence.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance processes, workflows, templates, and approval procedures for regulated activities.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
