Job description
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certification process (IATF16949 in the future)
• ESG agenda (EcoVadis …)
• Solving qualitative problems, identifying causes, proposing measures, managing reports, managing complaints, analyzing data.
• Solving internal quality problems, customers´ complaints, suppliers´ complaints.
• Visits to suppliers in case of serious quality problems with materials/products.
• Creation and management of quality reports, test reports, data analysis.
• Reviewing quality requirements for a new or changed product.
• Approving new products for serial production or new imported products in terms of quality.
• Approving new materials for mass production in terms of quality.
• Creating / reviewing quality plans, flow diagrams of production processes, PFMEA.
• Performing procedural internal audits and product audits.
• Maintaining records of documentation and controlled copies (work procedures, technological procedures, instructions, quality plans, etc.).
• Creation / revision of quality system documents and forms
• Management of measuring and monitoring devices, provision of calibration
• Contribution to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

We expect
• University education (technical)
• Previous experience on a similar position in manufacturing environment 5 years at least
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance
• Experience in conducting audits according to ISO 9001 and 14001
• Experience in quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Motivation to learn about IATF16949
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Ability to solve problems
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• Advanced communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Advanced knowledge of English and Czech language
