E-commerce Specialist (D2C) for OPPO

Full-time position based in Prague.

About us & the role

We are Jswin s.r.o., the exclusive distributor of OPPO in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. OPPO is a global technology brand known for innovation, design, and a growing ecosystem of smart devices.

We are currently launching our own official OPPO e-store for CZ & SK, and this role will be at the center of that effort. We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist who will help build, manage, and scale our D2C channel from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role — you will shape how the entire online business works, from customer journey to performance.

What will you do

E-commerce launch & development (D2C)
Participate in the setup and launch of the new OPPO eStore
Coordinate platform setup, structure, and localization with HQ and partners
Help define UX, navigation, and overall customer journey

E-commerce management & performance
Own day-to-day e-store operations (products, content, UX)
Ensure product information, pricing, and availability are accurate
Take responsibility for key KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic)

Product & campaign orchestration
Coordinate product launches, pre-orders, and promotional campaigns
Manage bundles, discounts, and “gift with purchase” mechanics
Align local execution with global OPPO campaigns

Content & merchandising
Manage product pages, visuals, and on-site placements
Structure categories and collections to support conversion
Optimize cross-sell and upsell (devices + ecosystem products)

Customer insight & data-driven optimization
Analyze customer behavior across the funnel (browse → purchase)
Identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities
Work with tools like GA4, CMS data, and internal reports
Translate insights into concrete UX, content, and campaign improvements
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and support data to identify recurring issues
Contribute to building a customer-centric e-commerce experience

Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Continuously improve product pages, landing pages, and checkout
Test and optimize key elements (content, layout, offers)
Work on mobile-first optimization

Operations & customer experience
Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams
Ensure smooth order flow, delivery communication, and returns experience
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively

Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with marketing, HQ, and external agencies
Support performance campaigns driving e-commerce traffic
Act as a link between brand, marketing, and sales

Who we are looking for

Must-have

Experience in e-commerce / D2C / online sales
Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals (UX, funnels, CRO)
Analytical mindset and ability to work with data (Excel)
Native-level Czech & solid English
Organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on

Nice to have

Experience with Shopify, Shoptet, or similar platforms
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar tools
Experience in consumer electronics or fast-moving products, or at least a genuine interest
Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing

Salary: 40,000 – 65,000 CZK (based on experience)
