We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support across various areas: including commercial contracts, internal company documents, and legal research. You will work closely with various departments within the company and collaborate with external legal experts in multiple jurisdictions.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Law (LLM is an advantage).
• Legal Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of international treaties and conventions (e.g., UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, Hague and Geneva Conventions).
• Knowledge of international public and private law principles and norms.
• Familiarity with national legislation and its interaction with international law.
• Czech language mandatory.
• Fluent in English, with a strong command of legal terminology (B2 or C1 level).

Skills:

• Proficient in analyzing international treaties and contracts.
• Experience participating in international negotiations.
• Skilled in drafting legal documents, opinions, and providing consultations in multiple languages.
• Experience working abroad or in international organizations is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, internal legal documents, and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist relevant departments and offices within the company by providing legal advice and support on various matters.
• Conduct legal research on various topics, including international treaties, conventions, and national legislation. Draft memos to summarize findings and provide recommendations.
• Analyze risks arising from transactions, initiatives, and projects, and provide legal input to mitigate potential issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with external lawyers in different jurisdictions to ensure legal matters are addressed efficiently and in compliance with local and international laws.
• Provide general support to the legal team, including the preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations.
