Job Title: Accounting & Administrative Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Administrative Specialist to join our Czech team. This role combines core accounting duties with office administration, HR support, and logistics coordination. You will be the key person ensuring smooth daily operations, from client invoicing and employee reimbursements to personnel administration and basic logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
- Issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Perform basic bookkeeping and assist with general ledger entries
Administration & HR:
- Maintain employee records and support payroll preparation
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communication
- Organize documents, contracts, and company files
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant working experience (accounting, admin, or combined role)
- Technical Skills:
1. Basic proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pohoda, Money S3, or similar)
2. Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Language: Fluent in Czech *English
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, responsible, able to multitask, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience with Czech labor law, social security, and health insurance reporting
- Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes
