Account Program Manager - Military Optics

The Account Program Manager supports Military Optics Capture Managers in the administrative management and successful delivery of sales projects. The role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution from contract award through delivery, with strong coordination across internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over projects from Capture Managers after contract award and ensure successful delivery in line with contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Manage project changes, customer invoicing, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, administrative processes, and QA testing.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and customer visits as required.
• Provide regular project updates to Capture Managers.

Serial Production Support:

• Maintain and update customer forecasts.
• Coordinate with Production Planning.
• Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage invoicing.

Systems & Administration:

• Manage ERP-related activities (purchase orders, sales orders, forecasting, claims handling).
• Coordinate export/import license applications.
• Maintain data in systems such as Pacellico and Activa.
• Oversee Military Optics purchasing requirements and order tracking.

Other Activities:

• Participate in annual company audits.
• Provide administrative support for Military Optics projects and processes.

Who We Seek

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (project coordination, program management, or sales support).
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Czech (B2+).
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and data management tools.
• Positive attitude and sense of humour.
