Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our international team in the Prague office.

The successful candidate will take over the management of a portfolio of projects funded by the European Union and other international donors and foundations, and contribute to the Institute's strategic development.

This is a senior role with responsibilities spanning project design and implementation, oversight of selected projects, and donor and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall project management and coordination of projects across the Institute, including financial and non-financial reporting
• Donor reporting and performance management: overseeing KPIs, preparing, coordinating, and submitting deliverables
• Co-leading multi-partner international consortia and serving as the primary contact for consortium partners and donors
• Overseeing the logistics and coordination of project activities, including workshops, conferences, and study visits, in coordination with different teams across the organisation
• The candidate will ideally be able to support the Institute's funding strategy and fundraising efforts
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff and interns.

What We Require:

• University degree in economics, international relations, European studies, political science, public policy, law, or a related field
• At least 5 years of demonstrated project management experience, including experience with EU-funded projects (e.g. CERV, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, or similar programmes)
• Proven track record in donor reporting, deliverable coordination, and multi-partner consortium management
• Strong organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English; Czech or Slovak language is a strong advantage
• Experience with fundraising is a strong advantage.

• Monthly remuneration in the range of 52,000 CZK and 65,000 CZK. Final remuneration will reflect experience and the seniority of the candidate
