Role & Candidate Profile

As the Country Manager Czech Republic, you will manage and expand our B2B business in the Czech market. You will be responsible for leading a local team. The local team will closely collaborate with our Headquarters in Poland to drive sales growth and expand market coverage.

What will be your task:

• Strategic Partnerships: Developing cooperation with major Czech & Slovak players like Alza, CZC, Datart, Nay etc. and establishing new trading partners
• Product Listing: Successfully list multiple consumer electronics brands from INNPRO's portfolio at major retailers.
• Revenue Growth: Drive local business figures to achieve double-digit YoY sales growth across the Czech market.
• Brand Awareness: Improve INNPRO's market awareness, presence, and visibility in the region.
• Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and consolidate a high-performing local team of experienced professionals.

Candidate Profile:

• Languages: Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
• Education: University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong background in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership within an electronics distributor OR experience as a Senior Buyer at a major retailer, or Sales Manager for a well-known brand in the Czech market.
• Track Record: Proven success in driving profitable sales growth.
• Key Account Management: Deep experience managing relationships with major electronics retailers in the Czech Republic.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a sharp business sense, a proactive/entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a commercial (sales & marketing) team.

Additional Information:

• Contract Type: Full-time employment contract.
• Location: Stationary work in an office based in Brno
• Travel: Periodic trips to the HQ in Poland to align on business strategy (not more than once every six months after the initial onboarding).
• Recruitment Process: Interviews and further stages will be conducted entirely in English.
