For the Copeland plant in Mikulov, we are looking for a colleague to join us as a Plant Officer.

In this role, you will be a key support to the day-to-day operations of the plant—coordinating visits and internal events, providing administrative support to management and departments, and overseeing office facilities and equipment. You will also represent the company’s values externally when interacting with visitors, business partners, and colleagues.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Coordinate customer and supplier visits as well as internal events (agenda, travel, catering, social activities)
• Support business travel planning for the team (transport, accommodation, insurance, etc.)
• Manage company car administration
• Ensure office supplies and daily operations; oversee office assets and shared spaces (offices, kitchens, print room)
• Monitor cleaning standards and coordinate external cleaning services
• Handle correspondence, small shipments, and communication with authorities and the municipality of Mikulov
• Support for plant visitors and for new employees
• Administer building access system and backup keys
• Support HR-related processes

Required qualifications and experience:

• Secondary education (high school diploma)
• Previous experience in a similar role; strong administrative and service-oriented mindset
• Professional level of English (B2–C1); German is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
• Planning, organization, and independence
