Our office in Plzen is one of the 200 distributors in 70 countries around the world. The parent company Swagelok is based in Cleveland, Ohio (USA) and has 20 production, research and technical centers spread over all continents, which we can rely on.
We provide complex services in the field of fluid systems in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Our goal is to meet the highest demands for performance, safety and reliability in the most demanding fluid power applications.
Due to dynamic development of our SSC we are looking for experienced HR Specialist who will support our office in Prague by providing expertise in the following areas:
Administration: daily Team support, taking care of well-being actions, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and regulations, staying updated on employment laws and regulations, and advising the leadership team on necessary actions and compliance measures.
Talent Acquisition: oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding; regular contact with hiring managers to define job profiles, evaluate candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Performance Management & Training and Development: defining the individual training plans in cooperation with the leadership team and People & Culture Manager, monitoring of individual development plans, regular support to the leadership team.
Employee Relations and Engagement: developing and executing initiatives to promote a positive work environment, employee satisfaction, and retention. Addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively while maintaining a fair and transparent approach.
