Join a global IT services company supporting a leading organisation in the aerospace industry. We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support within a secure, professional environment.

This role is ideal for candidates currently working as an IT Technician, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support Engineer, or Infrastructure Technician.

You will be responsible for supporting users, maintaining IT equipment and infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. Working closely with local and international teams, you will play a key role in keeping business-critical systems operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices
• Hardware break-fix support and diagnostics
• Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 support
• Active Directory user administration and support
• Smart Hands support for network and infrastructure teams
• Basic LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting
• Wireless network support
• Incident, Request and Change management following ITIL processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT support, desktop support or infrastructure support
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Czech (C1-C2) and English language skills - advanced
