For our international client in Prague, we are looking for a detail-oriented new colleague with a key focus on HR master data management and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting business decisions through insightful reporting and speaks English with French or other languages.

• Role: full-time
• Start: immediately
• Location: Prague, Czech Republic
• Contract: for limited period of 1 year, with possible extension

This role is suitable for students or graduates as well.

Your new responsibilities

• Maintain and manage HR master data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Support for the implementation of automated data transfer between Workday and SAP
• Improve data quality, processes and automations
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports
• Analyze HR data and provide insights and close cooperation with HR and IT team
• Support system updates, audits, and HR projects related to data and reporting

What you will need to succeed

• Fluent English and French or other: German, Polish, Spanish
• Interested or experience operations, data, reporting, or similar analytical role
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel (Workday or SAP is a plus)
• Ability to work in a process-driven, structured environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly
