We exclusively represent a well-established international industrial company with a long tradition. Due to dynamic growth, we are now looking for a reliable and motivated Quality Specialist for their production plant located between Znojmo and Brno.

Your main responsibilities:

• You will take on a responsible and varied role with a direct impact on how the whole company operates:
• Plan and manage quality processes and actively contribute to their continuous improvement
• Lead and develop the quality management system in line with ISO standards and relevant industry standards
• Carry out regular audits and maintain open communication with clients
• Take responsibility for key documentation – control plans and work instructions
• Create internal guidelines and quality standards and ensure compliance with them
• Analyze work processes and propose concrete improvements to increase efficiency

Your profile:

• You live in the Znojmo region or south of Brno
• You have a technical education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field)
• You have experience in quality within the manufacturing sector
• You can communicate in German or English
• You are a team player with a willingness to keep learning and growing
• You can make independent decisions and are not afraid to push through improvements
• You have strong organizational skills and a natural technical and logical mindset
