Main areas of responsibility:

Assists to review and monitor the hotel's Learning Plan and Calendar, make recommendations where necessary.
Assists to implement and monitor the company's learning materials, including Leadership Series and other e-learning initiatives.
Acts as an internal trainer; create a training plan according to the Company strategy and employees´ needs
Conducts onboarding program and support Heads of departments to create onboarding plan, Welcome to Hyatt training for new employees
Assists to create and nurture a strong Learning and Development Culture throughout the hotel
Takes a highly active role in the development of attractive, accurate, user-friendly and results orientated skills learning materials
Coordinates the ESG agenda and acts as the main contact person
Supports to create the company culture of high employee engagement
Assists to review and monitor the hotel's Learning Plan and Calendar, make recommendations where necessary.
Assists the Outlets Manager, Departmental Trainers in identifying learning needs within each department.
Advises the Director of Human Resources of any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotel. Keeps informed of new developments, materials and techniques in learning.
Assists to train, mentor and appraise Departmental trainers in their performance and activities. Conducts monthly Departmental Trainer forums and activities.
Selects appropriate instructional procedures and methods such as group instruction, self-study, demonstrations, simulation exercises, and role-play.
Organizes Company events – Summer party, Christmas-mas party, Town Halls

We will be happy to meet you if:

Diploma/qualification in related major
Good communication in both English and Czech
Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and develop
Passionate for the hospitality industry
