The Role

The Analytics Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and dashboards leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere, while supporting the transition to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

The role combines data engineering, semantic modelling, and advanced dashboard/application development, enabling high-quality insights for business decision-making across finance, procurement, operations, and executive leadership.

As an SAP Development Visualization specialist, you’ll guide the business through requirements gathering, translate needs into functional designs, and help evolve our SAP analytics strategy as we scale.

Opportunity to be trained on emerging SAP Cloud Products that align with SAPs Analytics strategy. These is based on BDC (Business Data Cloud) that includes Datasphere, SAC and Databricks.

Data Modelling & Analytics Skills

Advanced KPI modelling:
Calculated measures
Restricted measures
Cross-model calculations
Dimensional modelling concepts:
Measures, dimensions, hierarchies
Time-series and financial modelling:
YTD, MTD, rolling metrics, variance
Data blending and multi-source modelling
 

Technical Development Skills

SAC scripting (JavaScript subset) for:
Event-driven UI behaviour
Data manipulation and filtering
SQL (for modelling and performance tuning)
Understanding of APIs and integration patterns
Experience with CDS views and semantic modelling (preferred)
 

Data Integration Skills

Experience with:
Live vs acquired data connections
Data provisioning and transformation
Familiarity with:
SAP S/4HANA data structures
Hybrid data landscapes (SAP + non-SAP)
 

Required education - University Level Qualification

Required work experience - 5+ Years

Required languages - B2 English
