Commercial Operations Analyst / hybrid Prague / ENG

Our client, an international company in the healthcare sector, is currently looking for an

Commercial Operations Analyst to join their European team in Prague.

Location: Prague (hybrid)

Start date: Ideally August 2026 (earlier start possible)

Contract: Fixed-term until February 2027

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze field performance and sales data across Europe

• Support Power BI users and handle basic requests

• Maintain and improve dashboards and reports

• Deliver user training and onboarding

• Support planning and target-setting processes

• Prepare reporting and coordinate activities across countries and stakeholders

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data

• Create forecasts and support scenario analysis

• Perform ad-hoc analyses focused on KPIs and business performance

• Turn data into insights for management and collaborate with teams

What you need to succeed:

• 2–4 years of experience in similar positions

• Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge

• University degree in Business, Economics, or similar field

• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to suggest improvements and share feedback

• Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized
