Since 2018 OHB Czechspace, located in Brno, Czech Republic, has been a member of the Space and Technology group OHB SE, one of the space industry leaders in Europe.

OHB Czechspace focuses on development, design, verification, procurement, system engineering, assembly integration and testing and related product assurance tasks of spacecraft and launcher structures for governmental space agencies as well as for other space industry players.

Over the short history the company has been awarded multiple contracts within European Space Agency (ESA) programmes such as the planetary defence mission HERA, PLATO space exploration mission and the Copernicus Earth observation mission CO2M.

OHB Czechspace was selected by ESA to lead a feasibility study for nuclear-based electric propulsion NEP Rocket Roll. The aim of this study is to explore the possibilities of using nuclear fuel for demanding space logistics and exploration missions.

Pracovní nabídka

Human Resources and Recruitment activities

Actively supporting end-to-end recruitment process (including technical positions), candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers and candidates
Supporting a wide range of activities in a human resources field (mainly recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, training & development)
Working closely with HR Generalist to make sure HR operations run smoothly

Public Relations and Marketing activities

Formulating Public Relations and Marketing plans and strategies in line with the company's objectives
Developing and organizing marketing campaigns to strengthen OHB Czechspace's public presence, communicating with media, preparing press articles
Managing the company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), monthly planning and preparation of texts for posts, active communication within the network
Creation and maintenance of website content
Coordination and support of company´s representation at national and international fairs and conferences

Your Qualifications

Experience in technical recruiting (at least 2 years)
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) - ideally Cornerstone
Ability to assess technical profiles and competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Considerable communication skills, high degree of flexibility and resilience
Entrepreneurial way of thinking with focus on quality and cost awareness
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
Strong team spirit

Possibility of part-time work (minimum 30 hours/week)
