Currently we are looking for a person to join our team in Prague as an Accountant (part time role - 20 hours working week).
Key responsibility:
Monitoring posting/coding of incoming invoices, adding purchase order numbers, monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments.
Monitoring/posting of cash, credit cards and checking of bank balances.
Posting advice of different expense and revenue accruals and deferrals and other internal documents.
Issuing of discount invoicing.
Calculation and posting of travel expenses.
IC recharges (preparation/ check of completeness/ review) of inter company recharges.
Checking of VAT and tax relevance of posted documents.
Other general accounting duties (e.g. investigation of accounting discrepancies)
Job requirements:
Education - University degree (Accounting/Business/Economics) - Lack of university degree can be compensated by relevant experience).
Good English skills - communicative level.
Knowledge of financial accounting in a trade and manufacturing company or large corporation is an advantage.
Computer Literacy – MS Office and any accounting ERP software is a must (SAP is an advantage).
Professional experience: good Czech Accounting / standard knowledge.
Analytical skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
Ability to set priorities and work under time pressure with can-do attitude.

• More then 1 year with SAP Products
