Pracovní nabídka
The CRM Business Partner serves as the key link between Marketing/Sales, and CRM System Owner. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving marketing and sales processes within the CRM platform, including reporting, user adoption, and sales process governance. The CRM Business Partner supports the company's commercial strategy and ensures that sales teams operate efficiently, consistently, and based on high-quality data.
The primary counterpart for this role is the CRM System Owner, who is responsible for the technical operation, solution architecture, and development of the CRM platform. Within the Customer Growth Team, the CRM Business Partner also works closely with the Customer Lifecycle Manager to support the continuous improvement of the marketing and sales funnel and pipeline, and automation processes.
