Medior / Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Medior / Senior Accountant to join our international finance team.

In this role, you will take ownership of accounting activities for our Czech entity while supporting finance operations across several international entities. You'll work closely with colleagues, external accounting providers, tax advisors, and auditors in a dynamic, multinational environment.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting and closing activities for the Czech entity and selected smaller foreign entities
• Handle AP, AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• Support VAT and other tax-related accounting matters
• Coordinate with external accounting firms and tax advisors in various countries
• Support intercompany reconciliations and group accounting processes
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Contribute to reporting, process improvements, and finance projects

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Medior / Senior Accountant
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and closing processes
• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment is a plus
• Familiarity with multi-currency accounting
• Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (Pohoda and/or Sage is an advantage)
• Fluent Czech and English
• Independent, structured, and proactive approach
