We are a Polish, dynamically developing company operating in the medical industry.
Who are we looking for?
COUNTRY SALES MANAGER (CZECH PEPUBLIC)
Place of work: fieldwork (4 days a week) + remotely (1 office day)
Job description:
· Maintaining and developing business relationships with medical stores and distributors specializing in rehabilitation and orthopedic equipment
· Identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities
· Assessing customer needs and recommending the most suitable solutions
· Monitoring sales performance and supporting business growth
· Providing ongoing customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
· Residence in the western or central region of the Czech Republic preferred
· Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
· Fluent Czech and good command of English or Polish
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
· Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
· Ability to quickly learn new skills, acquire knowledge, and adapt to new information
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Strong sales and business development mindset
· Goal-oriented with a proven determination to achieve targets
· Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Valid Category B driving license
· Willingness to travel for business purposes
