ACO Stavebni prvky spol. s r.o.s, based in Pavov close to Jihlava, is the market leader in building and surface drainage. The core task is collecting, cleaning and draining rainwater to protect people and infrastructure. As a supplier to the construction industry, ACO sells products and solutions for civil engineering and building services.

Allrounder with focus on sales controlling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independent creation of analyzes including detection of deviations / budget monitoring

• Implementation of operative controlling, monthly reporting (local and group) as well as creation of ad-hoc reports

• Budgeting and forecasting incl. P&L planning

• Development of the reporting system, as well as cost accounting and internal control system

• Controlling of local IT processes, analyzing all business processes, making improvement proposals, process documentation

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and consolidation packages according to local accounting standards and German-GAAP

Required qualifications:

• Degree in business administration (focus on accounting and/or controlling)

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of controlling and/or accounting

• Professional handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and an ERP system (Dynamics NAV preferred)

· Efficient sales analysis

· Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Business all-rounder with IT affinity and analytical mind

• Proactive personality, responsible, team player, high social competence

• Willingness to acquire knowledge independently and to develop constantly
