STARLUX Airlines is a Taiwan-based luxury carrier redefining global travel. As we launch in Prague, we’re looking for a HR & Admin to build our team from the ground up. Explore the role below and join us to make an impact.💫

☆ What You’ll Do

1. Oversee and support the end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including on-boarding, orientation, and off-boarding.
2. Manage employee rosters and prepare payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee payments and scheduling.
3. Organize invoices and payment requests to support basic financial administration.
4. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth daily office operations.
5. Assist with office management, HR & administration duties as assigned.

☆ The Little Things That Matter

1. Language - Native Czech speaker and proficient in English.
2. Work experience - At least one year of experience is a plus, while fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are also welcome to join and grow with us.
3. Most important - Possess the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.
