About the Company

We are developing and operating modern biogas and biomethane production projects focused on renewable energy, sustainable waste processing, and low-carbon energy solutions in the Czech Republic.

We are currently looking for an experienced Biogas Production Director to lead plant operations and support the growth of our renewable energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of biogas and biomethane production facilities
• Ensure stable plant performance, safety, and operational efficiency
• Monitor production KPIs, gas yield, uptime, and operating costs
• Lead and coordinate operations and maintenance teams
• Optimize anaerobic digestion and production processes
• Supervise maintenance planning and technical performance
• Coordinate feedstock and substrate management
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Cooperate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners
• Participate in commissioning and startup of new projects
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and improvement plans

Requirements
• University degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in biogas, biomethane, waste-to-energy, utilities, or industrial production
• Experience managing technical or production teams
• Strong understanding of industrial plant operations
• Knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes is a strong advantage
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and solve operational issues
• English language – professional level
• Czech language – advantage
• Driving license category B
