Henceforth. is a boutique real estate consultancy based in Prague, working across Europe and the Middle East at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, branding, and culture.We collaborate with ambitious developers, hotels, and lifestyle brands to shape places and experiences with clarity, strategy, and refined creative execution.

We are currently looking for a Creative Visualiser / Animator / Architect — or simply someone deeply visual, with a strong sense for atmosphere, aesthetics, and storytelling.

This is not a conventional role.
We are not searching for someone who only executes renders or layouts. We are looking for a multidisciplinary creative who naturally moves between architecture, motion, graphic design, imagery, references, and visual culture.
Someone who understands how emotion, detail, composition, rhythm, and mood shape perception.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling visual outputs across architecture, hospitality, branding, and real estate projects
• Develop stills, animations, presentations, visual narratives, mood films, and concept imagery
• Translate strategic ideas into emotionally resonant visual experiences
• Collaborate closely with strategists, architects, designers, and leadership
• Contribute to the visual direction of brands, spaces, and presentations
• Bring strong references, curiosity, and visual intelligence into the creative process

Who are we looking for?

• You may come from architecture, graphic design, motion, visualisation, film, or another creative discipline entirely.
• What matters most is your eye, taste, and ability to create work with atmosphere and intention.

What we expect you to have?

• A strong portfolio and visual sensibility
• An instinct for composition, pacing, typography, and storytelling
• Interest in architecture, interiors, culture, fashion, photography, film, and contemporary aesthetics
• Ability to move between conceptual thinking and execution
• Attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality
• Confidence communicating in Czech and/or English

Tools & Experience

• Experience in some of the following is expected:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• After Effects
• Blender / Cinema 4D / 3D workflows
• Motion design and animation
• Architectural visualisation
• AI-supported creative workflows

Bonus points for experience in:
Art direction, photography, editing, sound, or branding.
