We are looking for a business partner who can combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of operational reality.
We are seeking an experienced Director to take full responsibility for the company’s financial management, support further business growth, and become an active partner to the CEO and management team across the organization.
We are part of an international group operating in the facility management and services industry, where the ability to combine analytical thinking, business understanding, and a pragmatic hands-on approach is essential.

What will you be responsible for

• Strategic and operational financial management of the company
• Financial planning, forecasting, and controlling
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, and KPI management
• Cash flow management and support of the company’s long-term financial stability
• Responsibility for financial reporting, financial statements, and closing activities
• Identification of financial risks and implementation of measures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Close cooperation with the CEO and company management
• Leading audits and communication with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners
• Leading and developing the finance team

What we are looking for

• Experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within services, facility management, or another operationally driven business
• Strong knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial planning
• Ability to understand not only the numbers, but also the operational reality behind them
• Combination of strategic mindset and hands-on approach
• Experience in leading teams and setting up effective processes
• Ability to act as a strong business partner while maintaining healthy assertiveness
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Practical knowledge of Navision is a strong advantage
