What is your JOB DESCRIPTION as HR Coordinator?
This position covers the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating the onboarding of newly hired employees, handling the administrative side
- Support with recruitment - communication with applicants, sorting CVs, posting job adverts (LinkedIn, Jobs, Internal)
- Cooperation with Heads of Departments
- Responsibility for complex administration
- Working with HR internal systems (main administrator)
- Point of contact for HR related queries internally (managers, employees etc.)
- Providing guidance to our Employees
- Working closely with the HR Generalist and HR Director (on contracts preparation, payroll support when necessary)
- Office Support related tasks
- Ad Hoc requests
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Czech Labor Law is an advantage
- Czech Language and English language on advanced level
- Great communication skills
- Focus on detail
- Flexibility, willingness and good mood :-)
