Scope of activities:
New customer onboarding in system
Customer master data maintenance
Creation of scheduling agreements
Price lits updates/maintenance in SAP and M3 for European region
Customer & order data analysis/reporting
Maintain Customer-Specificre reports (eg EOP, SOP depending on projects and VAT for spot orders)
Process improvement and standardisation for European region.
Sales admin skills:
- Fluent english
- Work experience in similar role in production company (automotive is an advantage) - min 2 years
- Organisational skills
- Communication skills
- Structured approach to work
- Ability to work in a team
- Time management
- Customer-oriented thinking
- Experience with reporting/data analysis
- Understanding of sales processes
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
