This is an accelerated development program designed to fast‑track your career. Over three one‑year projects at our production site in Poříčí nad Sázavou, you’ll build strong technical knowledge, develop leadership skills, and gain the confidence to make real decisions.

You’ll learn how our business truly works, explore different functions, collaborate with experienced leaders, and even get exposure to other Mars locations. From day one, you’ll work on meaningful projects that make a real impact.

• Want to grow your leadership skills and technical know‑how
• Hold a Master’s degree (completed no earlier than September 2024), ideally in:

1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Process Engineering
4. Chemistry
5. Food Production or related fields

• Are fluent in Czech and English
• Are open to international mobility in the future
• Aspire to become a team leader or manager
