Head of Marketing & Communication for the ENETIQA Group

We are looking for a marketing and communications leader who has experience, but does not want to stay only with presentations, plans and agency calls. This role is for someone who can set direction and at the same time enjoys being close to the actual work, getting things moving and seeing them through.

Within the ENETIQA Group, you will develop marketing and communication across several companies. The role is based in Prague, but you will work with people and businesses across the whole Czech Republic.

Your mission

• Set up and develop the overall marketing and communication agenda at group level.
• Take ownership of HR marketing and help us better communicate why ENETIQA is an attractive place to work.
• Move internal communication forward so that people across the group understand what is happening, where the company is heading and feel more connected.
• Take over brand management and its development across the group – today we have several companies and the brand is not yet aligned in the way we would like.
• Set up and develop social media communication so that it is consistent, clear and reflects where we want to go as a group.
• From the beginning, design communication with customers in a way that makes us a more sales‑oriented company and better supports the group’s commercial goals.

What the role looks like

• It is a role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with everyday execution.
• You will not only delegate tasks – you will be personally involved in key areas, from defining direction to launching concrete activities.
• You will lead two team members with whom you will gradually build and develop marketing and communication.
• You will report directly to the CEO of the ENETIQA Group.
• Your main partners for implementing the marketing and communication strategy will be the managing directors of individual companies across the Czech Republic.

What we expect from you

• Experience in marketing, communication or brand on a company‑ or group‑level role.
• Ability to switch between strategy and practical delivery.
• Strong feel for brand, content and how to communicate with people inside the company and externally.
• Ability to work closely with the group leadership as well as with individual companies across the group.
• Independence, drive and the desire to build things that are not yet fully in place today.
