We are looking for an experienced candidate for our client for the position of Head of Premium Banking SK in Bratislava, who will take responsibility for the development of the Premium Banking segment in the Slovak market.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the Premium Banking segment
• Responsibility for business results, strategy, and P&L of the segment
• Leading and developing a team of Relationship Managers
• Setting business plans, KPIs, and client service standards
• Cooperation on the development of investment products and strategies
• Oversight of compliance, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Representing the segment towards clients, partners, and bank management

What we expect:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in premium/private banking or investments
• Experience in leading a sales/business team
• Strong business, strategic, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of investment products and regulations (MiFID II, AML, KYC)
• Professional appearance, discretion, and high level of professionalism
• Very good command of English
