CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER

At Greiner Assistec, we believe that a satisfied team and mutual trust are the foundation of success. We are looking for a colleague to join our team — someone who will work together with us and ensure our customer projects run like clockwork.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Project Management: Full management of assigned projects according to project management standards.
• Planning: Creating the project timeline and financial plan (budget).
• Team Leadership: Assembling the project team, organizing internal meetings (Refresh meetings), and communicating with the customer.
• Execution: Ensuring the smooth progress of the project and its final handover to mass production.
• Monitoring: Overseeing deadlines and budgets in accordance with the approved Cover Sheet.
• Administration & SAP: Managing project documentation and updating data in the SAP system based on sampling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education and Experience: High school or University degree (Economic or Technical field) and at least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager position.
• Language Skills: English at a communicative level (for customer negotiations).
• Software: Experience working with SAP is an advantage.
• Personal Qualities:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong teamworking and communication skills
• Ability to see things through to the end
• Personality: Fairness, ability to make decisions within the context of a bigger picture, and a team-oriented mindset.
