As a Night Receptionist, you will deliver professional front desk services during night hours, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from late check‑in through early check‑out. You play a vital role overnight, supporting hotel operations, completing night audit tasks, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes at all times
• Provide smooth and accurate check‑in and check‑out services during night hours, including completion of night audit procedures as required
• Ensure the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are fully informed of relevant guest feedback, incidents, or operational issues
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service in line with hotel brand standards
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel services to support guest requests and sales
• Maximize room occupancy through effective up‑selling of rooms and hotel services during night shifts
• Accurately handle credit cards and cash in compliance with the hotel’s credit policy
• Follow all hotel security procedures, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation, acting appropriately in emergency situations
• Operate front‑of‑house equipment and property management systems in accordance with policies and procedures
• Assist with overnight operational tasks and support other departments as required
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in the lobby and public areas throughout the night
