What’s waiting for you here?

You will become a member of the second grade teaching team. You will share responsibility for providing a safe space for second grade children and their wellbeing. You will support children's skills development, share information, foster positive and healthy relationships and mediate challenging situations. You will be a support and partner for the children’s learning journey. You are going to teach, prepare lessons, meet with other teachers, plan, take part in events. You will take part in the overall running of the school

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an interest in alternative approaches to education, who enjoys communicating with children as well as with adults, is used to a respectful approach and uses feedback as part of reflection and evaluation. We have many field trips, whole-class lessons and individual work with children.

What knowledge and skills should you have?

We are looking for someone who understands the children's world and is willing to learn new things. It is important for you to be able to cooperate in a team, think beyond the usual school subjects, be willing to teach outdoors and go on trips. You are going to be comfortable here, if you share our values and educational concept.

We are looking for someone with previous experience with smaller groups of children, free-time activities included! We want someone who enjoys their work, is reliable, responsible, independent and creative. Work experience abroad or a recommendation by someone from the team is an advantage, however not a condition.
