We're a growing pet supplement brand, part of a larger group with deep roots in the human vitamins and supplements space. We're looking for a paid marketing manager to take full ownership of our paid acquisition on Meta and Google in a startup-like environment.

The role

You'll own our paid channels end-to-end for 8 European markets: strategy, campaign build, creative briefing, optimisation, reporting, and scaling. You're not here to just "run ads"; we are looking for someone who thinks in terms of CAC, LTV, and contribution margin, and who's comfortable being the person in the room with a strong point of view on how to grow the business.

What you'll be doing

• Planning, launching, and managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Owning budget allocation, bidding strategy, and performance targets
• Sourcing and briefing creative (static, video, UGC): either hands-on or via creators
• Building out audiences, testing frameworks, and tight feedback loops with your retention colleague
• Reporting on performance and translating numbers into clear next steps

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience running paid social and paid search for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong all-round paid knowledge is ideal, but deep specialism in either Meta or Google is also welcome
• Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and a Shopify analytics stacks
• A test-and-learn mindset and the discipline to document what works (and what doesn't)
• Bonus points for experience in pet, health, supplements, or subscription categories
