Customer Program Manager
Main Mission of the Job / Key Expectations
The Customer Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of customer programs across their full lifecycle — from initial phase through qualification to ramp‑up and handover into serial production.
The role ensures effective coordination between customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver programs on time, within scope, cost, and quality requirements. The Customer Program Manager acts as the central integrator converting customer commitments into structured execution.
