Do you want to take ownership of complex engineering projects from start to finish? We are looking for an experienced Projects Control Manager to join our new division 2JCP Nexus and ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with full control.

You will play a key role in integrating cost, schedule, and document control into one effective project control framework.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring and reporting of project performance (cost, schedule, documentation)
• Work closely with Project Managers and coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Production
• Setting KPIs, providing analysis and supporting decision-making
• Set up project structures (WBS/CBS) to ensure effective project control
• Cost Control

  - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking

  - Analyze variances and identify trends

  - Collaborate with Financial Controlling

• Planning

  - Develop and maintain integrated project schedules

  - Perform critical path analysis and propose mitigation actions

  - Align timelines across key stakeholders

• Document Control

  - Define and implement document control processes

  - Ensure proper versioning, tracking, and distribution

  - Maintain compliance with contractual documentation requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• University degree (Engineering, Business, Economics, IT or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls (cost, planning, reporting, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of WBS, planning, and critical path methods
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• English at least at B2 level
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Nice to have:
  • Primavera P6, Power BI
  • Experience with EDMS or financial controlling tools
