The Center for Global Engagement invites applications for the position of Academic Advisor. The successful candidate will support academic coordination and provide advising services to visiting students, contributing to the effective delivery of international academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with partner institutions, visiting students, and faculty
• Administer course registration processes within internal academic systems
• Provide academic advising and guidance to students on program requirements and policies
• Participate in orientation sessions, workshops, and other Center for Global Engagement activities
• Support the development of academic partnerships and related initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in academic advising or student services within higher education
• Demonstrated intercultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Competencies:

• Proactive approach to process improvement
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• International study or work experience (e.g., Erasmus+ or other mobility programs) is an advantage
