Pracovní nabídka

For our client we are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing & Training Associate Analyst to support the THV (Transcatheter Heart Valve) Marketing & Training team across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Translate marketing and training materials from English to French and vice versa
Manage and submit materials for internal compliance approval processes
Support approval workflows within internal systems (e.g., Veeva Vault)
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks for the wider Marketing & Training team
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation

Requirements:

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); French at native or near-native level preferred
Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a medical, life sciences, or related field)
1–2 years of relevant experience (graduates with strong academic background are welcome)
Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in medtech/healthcare is an advantage
Experience in medical writing (French) is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Veeva Vault or similar approval systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in compliance-driven environments
