Inside Sales / Back Office - Industry and Distribution with ENG and GER

We are a global manufacturer of parts for fasteners and assembling components, including braking systems based in Čejč, the Czech Republic. Sales Revenues is 1,747.9 M€ for the Group and counts over 10 000 employees.

We are involved in the development of state-of-the-art braking systems, manufacturing and supplying brake pins for a quarter of the cars produced worldwide. We are a member of LISI group, a large multinational with its parent company in France.

Due to the continuous expansion of our worldwide production, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Inside Sales / Back Office - Industry and Distribution. This position will be newly built in Čejč, reporting to our French Headquarters.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Client relationship: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (Industry OEM and Distributors mainly) . Coordinate and clarify technical and commercial customer requirements.
• Commercial prospecting: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, contact new potential clients.
• Support the sales team with RFQ management, quotations and order processing. Prepare, submit, and follow up on RFQ and quotations according to internal process.
• Assess technical feasibility of new product requests and validate calculations.
• Organize and manage shipment of commercial samples.
• Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM (Sales Force).
• Manage pricing update in ERP systems, support price negotiations, and handle contract administration.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and manage customer portals and internal workflows.

What do you need for this role?

• Advanced English and German both spoken and written – B2/C1 level; another foreign language is an advantage (French)
• Commercial education
• Willingness to travel abroad - training takes place in Germany and France
• Proactive approach, learning ability
• Technical background
• Experience in sales and B2B sector
• Customer focus, result oriented
• General skills in clerical tasks
• Knowledge of using and working in ERP and IT systems (Microsoft Office, advantage of SAP, Sales Force, Movex/Lawson)
