We are currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in building their EMEA operations hub in Prague and are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Payroll Specialist to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, international environment and support payroll operations for the Israeli market, with additional exposure to other countries.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting end-to-end payroll activities for assigned markets (primarily Israel)
• Acting as a key point of contact for payroll vendors
• Preparing and validating payroll data, reports, and payments
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal controls
• Supporting internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Tax)
• Contributing to process improvements and standardization
• Participating in payroll-related projects

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Hebrew and English (must-have)
• Experience in:Payroll OR
• Finance / HR Operations / Shared Service Centre
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• High level of ownership and responsibility
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment

Training & onboarding

• 👉 Full training will be provided – candidates without direct payroll experience are welcome
• 👉 Structured onboarding and support from experienced team members
