The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to serve as the primary legal advisor for our entire group of companies.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across all business activities, protect the group's interests, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires a commercially minded lawyer who can operate independently and act as a trusted advisor to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support to all companies within the group.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals, leasing transactions, and development projects.
Support investment and divestment transactions, including due diligence processes.
Manage legal aspects of construction, procurement, and contractor relationships.
Oversee corporate governance matters and maintain corporate documentation.
Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when required.
Advise management on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters.
Represent the group in negotiations, disputes, and interactions with public authorities.
Monitor legislative developments relevant to the real estate and investment sectors.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with a law degree and authorization to practice.
Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate, construction, corporate, or commercial law.
Strong experience with real estate transactions and contract negotiations.
Excellent understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters.
Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
