We are looking for a structured, ownership-driven legal professional who enjoys bringing clarity into complex topics and turning legal into a true business enabler.

In this role, you will own the Group Legal Agenda across governance, commercial cooperation and executive support, working closely with senior leadership across multiple countries. You will not only manage key legal topics, but also have the opportunity to shape how legal, compliance, and governance cooperation should work across HQ and branches, with real space to help restructure the team and operating model around the agenda.

Flexibility to work either from any of our offices or remotely is part of the setup.

🤔 We’d like you to help us with the following activities:

• Manage corporate governance topics, including shareholder and partner changes
• Oversee commercial contracts with clients, partners and suppliers
• Provide legal support to senior leadership across HQ and branches
• Handle intragroup contracts, loans and structural documentation
• Set up and coordinate compliance areas (GDPR, AML/KYC, risk) across the group
• Monitor legal changes with potential business impact
• Support strategic projects from a legal and governance perspective

😎 Ideal candidate profile:

• Practical experience and advanced knowledge of applicable legislation in labour, commercial and civil law
• Knowledge of GDPR, AML and KYC frameworks
• A structured and ownership-driven approach
• Ability to simplify complex topics and bring clarity
• Business-oriented thinking – seeing legal as an enabler, not a blocker
• Strong communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
• High level of accountability and reliability
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
• Interest in building effective legal systems, workflows and templates, including the use of modern tools and AI-driven solutions
• Comfort working in an international and evolving environment
