Pracovní nabídka

We are looking for a reliable and kind Assistant to the CEO to support daily administrative and organizational tasks. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and well‑organized operations of the CEO’s office.

Key roles & responsibilities

Management of the CEO’s calendar.
Coordination of the CEO’s office events, business meetings, travels.
Internal and external visits coordination.
Close cooperation with TOP 7.
Administrative services of the CEO’s office.
Management of office supplies and canteen.
Supervision of the reception team and related services.
Management of sponsorship program.

Your profile

Minimum high school degree.
Experience in a similar role preferred.
Professional and decent manners.
High level of organizational and communicational skills.
Independent and proactive approach.
Excellent English and Czech, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of French as advantage.
Excellent usage of MS Office.
